Tetra Tech International Development Europe pursues clear solutions to international development’s most complex challenges.

We are trusted by partners across the European development community to design and implement complex multi-year programmes across governance and institutional strengthening, sustainable economic development and infrastructure. We are pproud to be a Gold Supplier to the UK’s Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office.

Our monitoring evaluation, research and learning team is one of the largest in Europe. We implement some of the largest independent evaluations in the UK international development sector, and work with a number of European institutions to evaluate a broad range of areas and disciplines.

Throughout our programmes we integrate expertise that prioritises climate and environment, gender and social inclusion and digital solutions. Each area has a dedicated team who ensure that all of our programmes support these vital global concerns, with a constant eye on the long-term sustainability and equality of our work. We are a trusted partner on technical assistance facilities and delivery frameworks for European and UK institutions, providing agile and responsive expertise.

We deliver complex projects in challenging environments to support the recovery, resilience and institutional strengthening of the world’s least developed countries.

Our European operations sit alongside a number of the company’s other operating units that deliver international development services. Our projects regularly receive A or A+ in client reviews, incuding CRIDF (A+, 2020), UKNIAF, ACE, SUED (A, 2020) and LINKS, REINVENT (A, 2021). Our summative evaluation of FCDO’s Early Resilience Consortium in Afghanistan has been graded Excellent by EQUALS, FCDO’s 3rd party QA service.

We have developed COSMOS and Lighthouse solutions in-house and continue to innovate on our projects. Our evaluation teams have developed tools and models through their work that have shared across Tetra Tech and with clients.
