We have expertise across the infrastructure lifecycle, from the development of the right policy framework to the preparation, design and facilitation of the most efficient, sustainable and equitable projects. We work in over 30 countries.
Our team include engineers, economists and a range of financing and social experts. We have a particular strength in the preparation of projects for financing by IFIs and have helped to prepare over €5bn of projects for financing. We work closely with beneficiaries to ensure that the projects we design are sustainable in every way and can work closely with market actors to attract funding and partner for delivery.

Enabling policy and regulation
We set up the legal and institutional framework to enable successful infrastructure planning, sponsorship and delivery.
Project preparation and design
We assess the feasibility of projects and ensure they are at their economic, social and environmental optimum. Our teams then provide project design and engineering to ensure they are delivered with efficiency and sustainability.
Infrastructure financing
We prepare bankable projects for financing. We work closely with a range of IFIs or alongside the markets to engage private finance or corporates in delivery.
